1. No returns or exchanges due to the nature of the product unless it is approved through email imsodliteful@gmail.com.
2. If a return or exchanged is approved due to an oversite. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging, with all accessories included
3. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at Imsodliteful@gmail.com, and provide your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
4. Customers are responsible for any return or exchange shipping fees unless the product is damaged, defective or shipped incorrectly.
5. Refunds for returned products will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at the customer's option.
6. Products exchanged for a different size, color, or item will be shipped out free of charge.
7. Final sales item cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURNS
Please note that shipping charges on your original order will not be refunded, or paid by us unless the package was incorrectly shipped or you received defective merchandise. All applicable promotions, offers, discounts, and coupons applied at the time of purchase will be prorated and deducted from the amount of refunds or credits. RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY. Opened or used products will not be accepted.
AUTOSHIP & AUTOSHIP CANCELLATIONS
Autoship cancellations must be recieved in writing via email 3 business days before the next autoship run date. Request made outside of the 3 day period will not be accepted or refunded. By enrolling in our auto-ship program and receiving our 15% off monthly discount you agree to these terms and conditions.

SHIPPING
Shipment processing time all orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If a package is shown as delivered via USPS, UPS or FEDEx but has been stolen from your residence you must file a claim with your local post office or shipping vendor. Stolen orders will not replaced by us.
