Infuzed hair and body oil is a multifunctional product that provide nourishing and hydrating benefits for both your hair and skin.

We believe that customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand behind the products we sell.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have recieved a damaged or defective product you can return or exchange it under the following terms:

 

1.  All returns and exhanges must be made within 15 days of the date of purchase

 

2.  The product mujst be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging, with all accessories included

 

3.  To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at Imsodliteful@gmail.com, and provide your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

 

4.  Customers are responsible for any return or exchange shipping fees unless the product is damaged, defective or shipped incorrectly.

 

5.  Refunds for returned products will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at the customer's option.

 

6.  Final sales item cannot be returned or exchanged.

We understand that receiving your order quickly and efficiently is a top priority, which is why we've created a shipping policy that ensures tiely delivery of our products.

Standard shipping:  Orders  5-7 business days processing time between 7-10 business days depending on location.

 

We do not ship International 

 

Please note, shipping cost will be caculated based on your location and selected shipping methods at checkout.  Customers will aslo receive tracking information via email once their order has shipped.
